Your account

Sign-in goes through Google. PastiBisa then keeps your name, email address, Google account id, and profile photo, so the library stays yours and you can sign in again. Your Google password never comes here.

Pictures

The file, its name, its size, its type, and the time you uploaded it are kept so your library can list them. The same file is available at a public link. Anyone with that link can view the picture and place it on another site. There is no private picture.

Notes

A note keeps its title, its text, and the settings you choose. A private note is shown to the account that owns it. A public note is shown to anyone with its link. An administrator can see a note’s title and those settings, not the text of a private note.

Cookies

One cookie keeps you signed in. Another supports the check that protects forms on the site. They are not used for advertising.

Where it lives

Your account and files are stored so the library and the public links can work. Sign-in itself is handled by Google. PastiBisa does not sell your name, your email, or your library.

How long

Account details, pictures, and notes stay until you delete them, until an account is removed under the terms, or until the law requires removal. Deleting a picture from your library deletes the stored file, and the public link stops opening it. Short operational logs may be kept to run and protect the service.
